Week 7: Bash
A Group:
42.4km / 26.3mi / 240m Elevation
The Bash Route, apparently if you don't know it you don't need to do it ;) But I'll tell you anyway!
Out to Thrussington, Hoby, Frisby, and around Asfordby carefully crossing the Asfordby Bypass Road. Up the hill out, and straight on (right on road) to follow the farm track to Wartnarby. From there it's fast straight down Six Hills Lane, under the A46 onto Paudy Lane all the way into Barrow upon Soar. From Barrow head back around Sielby, into Cossington, up Humble Lane, and back through Broome Lane.
B Group:
38.3km / 23.8mi / 240m Elevation
Set out to Thrussington, Hoby, Frisby, and around Asfordby, regrouping and carefully crossing the Asfordby Bypass. Then up the hill and bear left on to Saxelbye and Grimston. From there it's a fast blast down Six Hills Lane, under the A46, and back on the fast down Paudy Lane into Barrow upon Soar. From there head around Sielby into Cossington and up Humble Lane, then down Broome Lane to finish.
C Group:
31.2km / 19.4mi / 200m Elevation
Out to Rearsby, Thrussington, Hoby, left to Ragdale Hall (regroup at the top of the hill), over to Six Hills, then fast down Six Hills Lane, under the A46, and fast again down Paudy Lane into Barrow upon Soar. From there head around Sielby into Cossington, up Humble Lane and back via Broome Lane.
